Description

The Active-Learning Workbook for SQE1 FLK2 Trusts Law is built for the part of preparation that decides results: practice. Across roughly 352 pages it converts the whole Trusts syllabus into active recall and timed rehearsal, so that knowing the law becomes performing it under exam conditions.

At its core are 388 single-best-answer questions, each followed immediately by the correct answer and a full explanation of why it is right and why each distractor fails — so every question doubles as a short lesson. Around them sit 81 IRAC fact-pattern drills with model analyses, 50 fill-the-element tables, 43 spot-the-issue exercises, and 31 flowchart-completion exercises, spanning the FLK2 topics from the three certainties through to tracing and the liability of strangers. Thirteen topic parts are followed by a comprehensive mixed-topic review and a final part with two timed mock papers, so you can rehearse the format end to end before exam day. Part of an integrated four-title series. Available in eBook (PDF and EPUB) and Word.
